Section 19 Permits
It is well known that in Great Britain organisations that transport people for profit, e.g. taxis, buses etc, need to have a Public Service Vehicle Operators Licence (PSV) and the drivers of such vehicles often have to have taken advanced driving tests and have passenger carrying vehicle entitlement (PCV) on their driving licence.
Section 19 Permits allow organisations who transport people and do not make a profit from this activity to do so without the need to hold a PSV and, under specified condition, without the need for drivers to hold a PCV entitlement.
We have compiled the following links on Section 19:

We’ll continue to add to this list, so be sure to check back from time to time and if there’s something missing, just let us know and we’ll add it for you.
