What happens if I receive a speeding fine or parking ticket?
Speeding Fines:
In the unfortunate event you receive a speeding fine it will be sent directly to the funder by the prosecuting borough/council authority.
The funder will respond to the authority and advise them of the company leasing the vehicle. The funder will then raise an admin charge of £25 + VAT which will be sent to you along with an invoice and a copy of the speeding fine – which will be deducted via DD (Direct Debit).
You will then be contacted by the authority who will ask who the driver of the vehicle was.
Parking Fines:
If you receive a parking fine then the funder will normally be automatically notified. The funder will pay the cost incurred and re-charge this to you. An invoice will then be sent along with an admin charge of £25 + VAT. Any tickets received should be forwarded to the funder.
